I remember when I was hiking in Nepal in 13 years, I met a group of Ningbo people in the residential area on the top of the mountain, and they all got together for dinner. Five star recommendation!! If you can only recommend a food shop in Ningbo, you must eat here, Ningbo zhuangyuanlou hotel. Whether it's small seafood or pastry snacks, this restaurant is amazing for almost every dish I've eaten. It's a time-honored restaurant. Zhuangyuanlou is the oldest Yongbang restaurant in Ningbo. It has been in existence since Qianlong's 50th year. It's a century old restaurant. Even Ningbo Museum has an introduction to it. This restaurant style restaurant is more suitable for many people to eat together. You can order more dishes at a table because there are so many delicious dishes. If there are only two or three people, you can only order four or five dishes. It's a pity. This time, I brought my parents and Hangzhou's food friends to gather together a table.

Tiegebi is a Ningbo Dialect. It means next door. It means a neighbor separated by a wall. That's what Shanghai dialect says. We call it Gebi here. Ningbo Dialect, Jiaxing dialect and Shanghai dialect are very similar, and 80% of the dialects here can understand them.

It seems that the dishes of the two branches are not the same, so it is recommended to eat them in the first phase.

Snail in Ningbo

Ningbo people eat three treasures: "salted fish, fried crab, yellow mud snail." When it comes to Ningbo seafood, the first thing I see in my mind is the yellow mud snail. The yellow mud snail is the best in Ningbo, especially the drunk mud snail. It has no appetite in summer. I rely on the drunk mud snail to wake up in the morning. At the beginning, I loved it very much, until I once ate a mouthful of sand, and then I had no love, ha ha. Because mud snails grow in the mud on the beach. After they are picked up, they must be washed. Otherwise, they will eat the sand. They also need to sift away the mucus on the surface, put it into a small glass bottle, marinate it with salt water, and then add high-quality Shaoxing yellow rice wine to seal it for 10 days, and refrigerate it. Yellow rice wine can neutralize the coldness of snails, so that the drunk snails blend with the taste of fresh wine and salty taste. When you take a sip, the shell and meat will be separated, and a sip of snails can serve several meals. After ordering the scallion oil Bullock pasted with Gebi, I've only eaten the drunk bullock, but I haven't tasted the scallion oil. The taste is still very heavy, salty and fresh. Dragon head fish

Almost every family has queued up, opened many branches, and chose one that deviates from the urban area. There is no need to queue up for lunch.

As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted. Just like the market in ancient times, there are various cuisines on both sides of the curved path, and the cooking process can be seen in the open kitchen. The waiter will give you a basket. It's very special to order here. There is no menu. Looking at the dishes in this alley, there is a sign in front of each dish that says the name of the dish. Just turn over the sign if you want to eat.

When eating clams, you should take a sip of the soup. The taste is in the soup. Don't let go of a drop!

It's a legend in the snack industry of Ningbo that the old Ningbo people are familiar with the fact that the storehouse is closed on the bridge. The noodle shop on Zhenming Road next to Yuehu vegetable market is small and shabby. It can't resist the temptation of delicious food. It's always in line.

In the early morning of the weekend, it was raining and I took a taxi to this store. I didn't expect that there was a long line and it was hard to find seats. This is a noodle shop that squats at the door and wants to eat. I queue up to order and pick up the noodles by myself. The aunts in the shop are also very fast.

It is said that these aunts were employees of the former state-owned tofu shop. After they closed down, they opened the shop together. Because they were good at making dough knots, there were a lot of repeat customers, and customers came in droves.

It says on the door that there is only one shop, no branch. If you want to eat noodles, don't be fooled by other Shanzhai shops. It's on Zhenming road. Taxi drivers know about it.

We still have to eat noodles early and supply them in a limited amount. They are almost gone in the afternoon.

Even the primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and universities were not in the same place. It was my life to demolish them. Looking at the old breakfast shop in Ningbo, I thought of the old sweet pastry and salty pastry shop I loved when I was young. Because I had no successor, It's a pity that we didn't open any more stores after moving. A taste of breakfast reminds me of the old taste. The aunt in the shop speaks Ningbo Dialect. Fortunately, she can understand most of it. She first orders at the counter, takes tickets and takes meals.

Soup wonton is not as good as steamed wonton, but it's also good.

There is no white porridge. It's only eight o'clock. I ordered preserved egg and lean meat porridge. The food time in Ningbo is relatively early, and there is almost no restaurant for lunch after 1:00 noon.

Unfortunately, the collection of books is not open to tourists. Unfortunately, I am looking forward to realizing the functions of the library one day. However, as a book lover, I am content to visit the oldest library in Asia. There is an automatic ticket machine at the entrance. The ticket is 30 yuan.

The Tianyi pool chiseled in front of the building is the same as the Moon Lake beside it. It is mainly used for fire prevention. For the library, fire is the biggest disaster.
